The QC10 Kit is used to detect Servo Mismatch, Stick-slip, Reversal Spikes, Cyclic Error, Scale, Straightness, Lateral Play, Backlash, and Squareness.  The QC10 Serial Ball Bar connects to the serial port on most computers.  An expansion slot is not needed.

Locus™ eM is compatible with the Renishaw QC10 Serial Ball Bar, providing contouring performance evaluation of CNC Machine Tools. The Circular Test Module used with the Ball Bar may also be used in conjunction with the Mahr Federal 832 Amplifier and an Electronic LVDT whenever polar plot data analysis is desired.

Note: Software conforming to both ASME B5.54 and ISO 230-4 includes full error diagnostic capability.
