The modular design of the ML10X Laser System provides optics for linear, angular, rotary, straightness, and squareness measurements. The Renishaw Laser has 0.05 ppm accuracy, 1.0 m/sec velocity capability, 0.001 µm resolution, and comes with high speed output as standard. The ML10X Long Range Laser Head has a range of up to 80 m (260 ft).

The Laser System is designed to communicate via USB port, enabling the use of a notebook computer, and packs into two lightweight cases, increasing portability.

With Locus™ eM software (purchased separately), data acquisition and analysis can be performed for linear positioning, pitch, yaw, straightness, squareness, parallelism, angular accuracy, and laser diagonal volumetric performance.
