Independent Quality Labs, Inc. offers the first of its kind, fully integrated, PC compatible machine
tool calibration, characterization, diagnostic, repair and control
system. The integrated diagnostic, calibration and repair routines aid in the repair of damaged machines and the optimization of existing ones.
Full baseline characterization using newly purchased or existing test equipment establishes a base
characterization and control
number, which reflects the overall machine performance. The IQL characterization
and control system contains a three tier approach to machine tool performance evaluation, characterization and control.
The One Day Test, using volumetric and contouring performance evaluation methods in accordance with the
ANSI/ASME B5.54 Standard, is used to periodically verify machine performance.
