The IQL Calibration System Storage and Transportation Carts are designed to aid the mechanic in machine calibration, while maintaining control of the expensive calibration hardware.

The Electronics Cart has vibration isolators built into the base, thereby protecting the electronics during transport. It houses the Computer, Monitor, Printer, Laser Head (HP or Renishaw), and Spindle Analyzer cabinet with probe driver modules. The rear door includes cable management hooks. This upright Electronics Cart is powered up with one switch and also includes a high volume CFM fan under the pagoda top, increasing air circulation and preventing the electronics from overheating. Its small footprint enables positioning close to the machine under test.

Both the Electronics and Mechanical Storage Carts are supported by a heavy duty chassis with 8” pneumatic wheels and are equipped with tow bars for use with a tow motor.
