Note: To register more than 1 attendee per company, please fill in the information for each person, select the regular price ($1195.00) for the first attendee and select the discounted price ($1075.50) for each additional attendee.

Lodging will be arranged by IQL at the Wingate Inn; however, all room charges are the responsibility of the attendee. The special room rate is $72.00/night plus tax. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel each day of class.
